General Questions

Yes, we accept cash, Zelle, and card. The only thing we don’t accept is checks or money orders.

No we do not, however; based on how far you are located from our primary area, we may require you to add more services to your appointment.
For instance, if you’re within 15 miles the minimum service required will need to be $60 to go out. If you’re 35 miles away then the minimum service would be $200.

Yes, the only thing we ask is that we have enough space to move around your vehicle to clean it and we are allowed to detail at your job. For example, if you’re parked in a tight spot we won’t be able to perform a detail and sometimes there are property managers who do not like or allow detailers performing work on site.

No, it’s not necessary. We just need access to your vehicle and enough room to work around it. As far as payment, we accept Zelle, cash app, or many forms of electronic payments. That way you can continue with your day while we detail.

Most of the time; however, there are times we accept same day service if we aren’t booked but it’s better to lock in your service and schedule with us so it’s convenient for you and us.
Mini Interior Detail

On our full interior detail, we deep clean your vehicle from top to bottom. A mini interior detail is meant to help maintain your vehicle in good condition by wiping down all the dust and debris. It also includes a thorough vacuum cleaning and spotless floor mats.

No, unfortunately you would need to book our full interior detail. Of course on this service, if it’s just a small stain here and there we will take care of it. Any larger stains or pet hair removal service you’ll need our full interior cleaning service

Yes, we offer this service bundled with a hand wash on our bronze detail package. It helps maintain your vehicle in good condition.
Full Interior Deep Clean Detail

Depends on condition and size of the vehicle. Usually takes between 3-6 hours if your vehicle requires extra work. For example, if the seats are heavily stained we will need more time to steam clean and extract them.

Most of the time we do not, we have the necessary tools and products to reach in small areas to clean the vehicle without having to remove them.

We are dedicated to getting your vehicle’s interior back to its best possible condition; However, there are times we cannot remove every stain because of how long it’s been there but we will at least reduce the appearance of it.

Yes, we offer our full interior deep clean service on both! The only package we don’t offer this service is our bronze detail package.
Premium Wash & Wax

Depends on condition and size. There are times it can take 2 hours or 4 hrs to complete.

We have quality waxes and sealants that last 3-6 months or up to 1 year! All depends on how you maintain your vehicle or whether it’s kept inside a garage or sitting outside.

Unfortunately, no it doesn’t but it will reduce the appearance of them. Wax and sealant technically hide the micro scratches by filling them in with the added layer of protection.

Before applying any paint protection like wax we perform this treatment by decontaminating the paint with (iron remover) then using a clay mitt or clay to smooth out the paint and remove any debris or left over dirt from the wash. This helps the wax or sealant to stick on the paint better and last longer.
Paint Correction

This service can be very time consuming. It really depends on the condition, size and what results you’re looking for! A small vehicle for instance, can take 5 hrs if you just want an enhancement or 12 hours for a step 2 correction to complete. The higher level of paint correction will determine the time it takes us as well as the size and condition. We offer 3 types of correction services that include a paint enhancement, step 1 paint correction or a step 2 correction.

Yes, we do offer this service on the go! The only thing we ask is that you have the space and a shaded area in order for us to work around your vehicle. As we polish out your vehicle the paint must not get too hot.
Most of the time we can do this service on the go however; There are times we will ask you to drop off your vehicle at our home location in case it takes more than a day to complete

Yes, Paint correction removes the swirls and scratches from the paint on your vehicle.
Getting a paint correction means you are committed to maintaining your car with a proper wash and drying methods otherwise you can reinstall them back onto your car’s paint. This means no more automatic car washes!

Yes. Most imperfections like swirls, scratches, paint transfer and water spots can be removed with paint correction.

No, unfortunately once your car's paint is peeling that is damage caused by the sun and will need to be repainted. If your paint is just a bit oxidized and hasn’t peeled then it can still be saved!

We offer quality wax and sealants that last up to 1 year or if you are interested in a more durable form of protection we offer ceramic coating, it lasts 3 to 7 years.
Ceramic Coating

It is the best form of protection we offer at Drift-way Detail. Ceramic coating is a semi-permanent added layer that sticks onto your vehicle’s paint and protects it from rain, dust, debris, bugs, and fading. You will no longer need wax, because this coating adds a high gloss and lasts for up to 5 years compared to any wax or sealant. The best protection you can get from any wax is up to 12 months. As you can see there’s a big difference.

90% of the time we get cars that need to be properly prepped with machine polishing before applying a ceramic coating. The only exceptions would be brand new vehicles (not used or pre-owned). This means most vehicles need to go through our paint correction process to remove any swirls and scratches in order to get all the benefits of this coating. Paint correction, helps the coating add an unmatched level of gloss and stick on to the paint to last longer. Depending on the condition and size of each vehicle it could take between 6 hours or more than a day to complete.

At Driftway Detail, we recommend getting this service done especially if you have nowhere to store your vehicle like a (garage or porch). Without either of those your vehicle is constantly exposed to rain, dust, tree sap, and bird droppings. In the end, ceramic coating will protect your car for years to come while adding a high gloss and making it easier to wash. No more wax needed.

Even though ceramic coating has amazing benefits, you can still scratch up your car from an improper wash or chip your car paint by driving fast through a bumpy/rocky road for example.
If you’re looking to protect your vehicle from scratches, paint protection film is the way to go. A ceramic coating does a good job of protecting your vehicle from water, dust, debris, and adds UV protection against fading. It can also be applied to paint protection film

Yes, making sure you wash your vehicle is important. A ceramic coating must be maintained so you get all the benefits. Improper washing methods like automatic car washes can damage your car's paint. You should wash your car at least once a month
Bronze Detail Package

No, this is more of a maintenance detail. If your interior and exterior is not that bad, This package will get rid of the dust on all surfaces and your carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed. Our Bronze Package also includes a quality wash for your exterior!

Unfortunately no, I would recommend our full interior cleaning, platinum package or Gold. If you need a deep clean and are more worried about the inside but still want to get a quality wash then our platinum package is the way to go

Our Gold package. We focus on getting your interior back to its best possible condition and finish it off with a premium wash and wax with protection up to 1 year for the exterior.
